Let's chat life coaching...

Life is short. We're here to live it briefly; fleetingly. So we've got to give it our best shot! As well as finding solace in writing, and sitting often because of it with the questions of life,  I practice yoga and breath work and am a Reiki practitioner by training; these are wonderful tools to come into realisation of your highest self and highest life. Despite the wonders of these aids; sometimes there is no simpler solution in navigating life than talking things through. As well as working with the body, I love to speak to pain points people are facing; something that I have been so grateful for myself - leaning on inspiration arisen in conversation with wise friends and mentors. So much perspective, healing and courage can be channelled through simple, honest and considered conversations. Having changed jobs and countries multiple times; grown within and out of relationship, grappled with and healed chronic fatigue, been epically far from my passions and then found myself rediscovering them; my life has taken many shapes and hues. I understand the weightiness of losing parts of our identity, whether that is because of ill health, a loss of self in relation with others, or just a loss of who we used to be as we grow, transform and heal.

 

I hope lessons gained in my own experiences and healing can used as a starting platform to channel wisdom that will empower you with yours. Are you:

If any of these resonate with you I'd love to help you on your journey. I'm not here to instruct or determine your path. I'm here to listen, understand your struggles and your intentions, and talk through your pain points to help you gain greater perspective. Together we can come up with exercises and practices that will weave clarity and positivity into what may seem heavy and cloudy. For now, all sessions are online via Google Meets. 

 

* This 15 minute into call creates space for you to share what you are moving through, and for me to explain how I work. From there we can decide if working together is a good fit and agree on the right package for you.

Talking through difficult change and having a mentor and coach is something  we should all have access to.
